IAOF Conference Registration

By registering for the Icelandic Aquaculture and Ocean Forum (IAOF), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration

IAOF is an invitation-only event. Registration is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed with the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to approve or decline registrations.

2. Fees & Payment

Where applicable, participation fees are stated in ISK and must be paid in full at the time of registration. Any transaction or bank fees are the responsibility of the participant.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this deadline or for no-shows whether related to force majeure or not. 

4. Programme Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

5. Photography & Recording

By attending IAOF, participants consent to photography, video, and audio recording during the event for communication and promotional purposes.

6. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for event administration and communication.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Icelandic law.
